Stocking Numbers

I have a cycled 29 gallon tank and am ready to start stocking.
These are the fish I would like to keep:
Julii corydoras and maybe other corydoras, but definitely the juliis
Oto cats
A variety of guppies
And some ghost shrimp

So, how many of each would work out?

Also, what are some good live plants for a beginner with low light requirements? The substrate is sand, so maybe plants that can be tied onto driftwood?

btw, the lights are just the ones that came with the aquarium kit....

Need to know the watts your light does. Java fern has to be stuck on wood and is a good starter plant.

I'd get 6-8 corys, the more the better and less shy they are.

Not sure about otos or guppies.

I believe it's 25 or 30 watts
