Its not that they wouldnt get along you cant keep labs with new worlds as the water parameters are completely different labs will need a ph of around 8 where as new worlds need it much lower.

Not neccesaraly,my texas cichlids festivums parrot cichlids pearsei all love high pH...If your tapwater has high pH there is nothing rong with it..

Is there anyone on this site that you dont disagree with. Everytime someone posts a reply you have always done different

So whats your problem?I state my opinion and so do you ,but no,yours must be 100% correct...

You should not keep mbuna in with new world cichlids they are african cichlids and need far different water parameters and it wont just be me that says that.
 
Are you not reading my posts!If your tapwater has high pH in the first place yellow labs would probably get on fine with most new worlds because they would be adapted to the same pH anyway.
 
Just to be safe, go with just one biotype. If you want New Worlds, just get New worlds. If you want africans, just get africans. There are plenty of people who mix convicts in with their africans and yellow labs in with their new worlds, but there's seriously no need to do it. There are enough beautiful fish that go together, why even try to do mixes that might make the fish uncomfortable?
