Stocking My 15.8 Gal (59.8L) Tank

So I have another question...
 
This is what I have in my tank altogether:
 
1 Dwarf Gourami
2 Dalmatian Mollies
2 Red Wag Platys
5 Harlequin Rasboras
1 Bamboo Shrimp
1 Mystery Snail
1 African Dwarf Frog
 
I thought about removing the Mollies since they are somewhat aggressive and tbh i'm just not liking them. 
Thankfully i'm within my 14day return period. 
 
If I were to purchase another Dwarf Gourami, is that advisable? I hear they work better in pairs. 
 
I also wanted to add some more shrimp, how many can I add before the tank becomes stocked?
 
Whats everyones thoughts?

So this is what i'm thinking... along with some advice from other fishkeepers..
 
1 Dwarf Gourami
2 Dalmatian Mollies (REMOVING THESE)
2 Red Wag Platys
5 Harlequin Rasboras (ADDING 3 MORE)
1 Bamboo Shrimp
1 Mystery Snail
1 African Dwarf Frog
 
And not adding any more Gourami's
 
Also, can I add shrimp to this tank? Maybe a little Ghost Shrimp or maybe I can find some Cherry Shrimp.
