Hello,
I have a 10 gallon with one male Betta and sand substrate. The filter is Aqua-Tech 5-15. He's been in there alone for quite a few months and I was looking for stocking ideas. I realize my options are severely limited but I wanted to see what the community could come up with. Thank you.

Well it depends on the temperament of your Betta, but perhaps a group of 6 Pygmy cories and 3 endlers?

A shoal of chilli/mosquito rasboras, or celestial pearl danios, or dwarf emerald rasboras, or espei rasboras. You could also have 4 peacock gobies.

a few African dwarf frogs would make a nice addition.

I would agree, except the OP has a Betta and since ADFs are pretty blind they like to claw at anything to get to the surface and are known to rip at bettas tails, and they also need special feeding that may not be possible with a Betta in the tank.
