I have a 10 gallon tank and it has river rocks as a substrate to look natural and some anubias. I have a couple sunset platy and a few shrimps. What else could i add for color to go with the others and the environment?

Hows 2 platy, 2 endlers (or similar), 4-6 tetras, and shrimp sound?

Should be just fine. Just make sure to get 6 tetras, they really are much happier in groups of six or more.
