Stocking Ideas?

i am trying to start a 20 gal. thinking sparkling gouramis and/or Bolivian rams? any suggestions? maybe tank mates?

Maybe do

2x Bolvian Rams - 1M 1F preferably but not vital
3-4x Sparkling Gourami
5x Emperor Tetras
5x Cherry Barbs - or 10 of either school.
6x Panda Cories

thanks man, its taken me ages to figure out exactly what i should stock this tank with!

No problems - bolivian rams/ sparkling gourami are a really good combination - the bolivians are going to take up space on the bottom and the gourami up top and with both being really calm anyway clashes would not happen IMO.

The rest is just kind of like fill in the blanks
