At first, I thought I would b getting a 600 gallon. BUT, the 860 gallon tank is actually cheaper! These r the fish already guarenteed to be in the tank.

One Silver arowana
2 Oscars
2 Red Bellied pacu
One common pleco

Im thinking of adding

Tigirinus Catfish
OR if that doesnt work, P. Granulosus
More oscars
flower stingray
Peacock bass

SO! TIME 2 HAVE SOME FUN! POST UR IDEAS! SHOOT DOWN MINE! HAVE FUN!

To be honest I would stock it like you would see in a local lake around here. Small mouth and largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill... Crawfish. That would be awesome! Like I think I've mentioned before, my uncle had a 300 gallon that we would catch smallmouth and bluegill and put in it from time to time. After they grew larger we would put them in his pond in his backyard and try to catch them again. That was a great time in my life :yahoo:

You could go fishing for your fish! Just cook and eat some, if you get too many babies and become over stocked!

I know it, and they can get such nice colors too! I mean as far as colors go I would get a nice group of rainbow trout but those are notoriously hard to keep alive, even in a stable ecosystem.... The bass would be awesome though! I would love to have a tank that size and someday I will.. Free fish would be nice!

what are the dimensions of this '860 gallon' tank?

are you planning some kind of pond filtration maybe even a vortex of some kind?

LMAO!

So, what happened to your 275 gallon tank? You know, the one where your arowana is developing dropeye? I thought you were going to take photos of it with that cool Nikon you were borrowing?

Well if his profile is correct he is only 12yrs old. So these tanks are most likely his parents? Either way an 860gl tank will
surely be something impressive. And if I had one  I would have a Mbu Puffer (giant freshwater). Thats a fact .

I would put an air mattress in it and a 'fridge and then put a big square over it so I could breath, then fill it with community fish.
