Stocking Her Tank

Hi all and thanks for the welcomes.my little girl just wants neon tetras in her 50 litre tank.it will have 2 medium bogwoods with java fern and a rock or two. Gravel substrate as well.just some advice as to how many can she have and how many to introduce at a time.thanks very much advance

Have you cycled your tank? 
If you don't know what that is, or haven't done it, please read THIS link (same one as in my signature). 
 
Are neon tetras the only fish you want in your daughters aquarium? There are a lot of fish that could potentially be suitable for this size tank, the most important thing is to research, research and more research.
