Hello, some of you have already read my troubles about the new (2nd hand) tank and the fish that came with it that we rescued bought from someone, it (including my original fish) was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY over stocked. It is an 80 litre tank- this was the stocking after we added our fish

My original fish:
10 Neon tetra
3 Male Guppies
1 Panda Garra (i know, perhaps unsuitable but he is a happy little fella at the moment!)

The new additions in 80l tank:
5 cherry barb
4 White cloud mountain minnow (2 gold 2 normal)
1 male molly (large- about 3 inch)
1 female molly (large- about 3 inch)
1 male betta
2 black widow tetra
1 common plec (we are looking for a new home for him)
1 Khuli loach

I have managed to sell a large selection of the fish including the mollies and the plec (though he isn't gone yet)

My tank now contains:
1 plec (pretend he isn't here as he has a new home!)
6 Neon tetra
1 Male betta
1 Panda garra
1 Khuli loach
2 male guppies (would like to get rid of these too!)
4 cherry barb.

Can i add anything else? What would you reccomend? To be honest, the panda garra is the ONLY fish that i am set on keeping! HELP :)

It would be best if you could rehome the guppies, as guppies and Siamese fighters aren't really compatible.

More kuhli loach! And more neons; they look much better in larger shoals. You could add four or five of each of those, IMO (as long as you keep an eye on your nitrate levels and do the requisite water changes)

I have to be honest, i don't want any more neons, that's why i sold 4, might offer the guppies free to a good home on facebook to get them gone, then we are sorted. The betta is an old, grumpy thing that spends his life behind the filter, he doesn't go near the guppies and when the guppies go near him he ignores them! I do want more khuli loach but my other half isn't so sure, i might just buy him a friend though. I know i have just gotten rid of mollies but would 3 mollies in the right ratio be suitable?

I guess you could do three mollies. I don't really stock my tanks like that, so it's a bit difficult for me to advise ;/
