Stocking For 60L

Got an arcadia arc 60L and was wondering if this would be overstocked: 6 cardinal tetra and 10 pymy corys?

I'm new to this but have read everything about cycling, and I wouldn't have this stocking for at least a year. How would or should I introduce these?

Adding both will overstock this tank IMO, choose one or the other and make sure you "fishless cycle" the tank/filter thoroughly will a 7 day "qualifying week" of perfect stats following a dose of at least 2ppm ammonia 12 hours earlier, as both of these species will not appreciate poor water quality.
