I really didn't want to breed merely for the fact that between aggression and nowhere to go with the fry other than the fires mouth.... I doubt the rams or rainbows would like that much....

Just try to get 1 rainbow if you don't plan to have them breed Rainbows are central american as are FMs (Another reason they mix well) , I don't think Bolivian rams would work too well but that's just my opinion Good luck!
