In my 5 month old 110 litre tank I have

8 x Platys
6 x Lemon Tetra
4 x Black Phantom Tetra
6 x Colombian Red Fin Tetra

It has a pea gravel substrate and is planted (medium) and my PH is 7.4

I'm pretty sure I am getting near to being fully stocked but was wondering if I could put some small fish in, so does anyone have any recommendations?

IMO that is fully stocked, I know everybody wants to see a packed tank swarming with fish but unfortunately that isn't ideal for the fish!
Have you considered getting any shrimp? They come in many varieties and you can basically stock as many as you like?
They can be a nice addition to any tank as long as they aren't going to become some fishes food!

Shrimp are a consideration, any suggestions on what type, bearing in mind my Platies seem to be on a never ending mission to eat everything
