I'm plannign on changing the substrate in my tank to white sand and I also want to have it planted.
I'm not doing it just yet but in the future some time.
I want to get a few new fish and I was thinking of getting one or two center piece fish and a school of little fish to add to my tank. I consider myself a beginner so yeah :p

I was hoping for some opinions

My current tank:
4 Dalmatian Mollies
2 Sailfin Mollies
2 Platy's
1 Female Guppy
4 Panda Cory's

My tank is a 30 glan (36x12x18)

I was planning on rehoming some of my current fish. (3 of the mollies I think) To help make room... So... What do people suggest?

I would get 6 long fin corys as they like to be in numbers, and they love routing around in sand substrate, sometimes they even bury themselves? Great fish to watch. And you can't go wrong with a nice large shoal of neons or cardinals, they always look great. I would personally enter the centre piece fish last as they will undoubtedly be larger, and ensure compatibility to the fish you have chosen eg no angels with neons etc. of course all these suggestions will be dependent upon your water parameters
