Stocking A 65 Gal Community Planted Suggestions

Hi,
Was just looking for some suggestions for a 65 gal (250l) planted tank with a 1200 aquaone filter and a aquaclear power head with a filtration attatchment. Its a bare tank at the moment almost finished cycling i have a rough idea of what i want to go in just not sure of the compataility of some and.

2/4 bolivian or german blues
2 apisto agazzi
20 cardinals or neons
3 bristlenose pepps or regular
20 cherry shrimp

OR
15 carninals/ neons
3 BN's
20 cherrys
6 discus or autums

open to suggestions
and while im here i only have one 40watt light on this aquarium (baught it second hand complete setup stand and hood no filter $100 ) I am planning on using co2.

Whys that? discus wont go to well in a 65?

They are very very sensitive to water quality, if you cant give them 110% then dont bother getting any as they will just die.

Elephantnose and an RTBS should be put in there.

Maybe elephantnoses meed a bigger tank, im sorry.

Second one but if you want Discus you will need to do some research. Also, cherry shrimp will be eaten up like candy by Discus.

I would go with Angels, Rams, Apistos, a shoal of Tetras, and the Bristlenoses or smaller Plecs

yea I dont think im up to the challenge for discus but i like the idea of angels is there a minimum amount of angels to keep?
would this be ok

2 rams
2 apistos
4 angels
15 cardinals
3 bn,
I would love some clowns or other small plecs but we have no variety in Adelaide, Australia

4 Angels should be okay. Get them small to start all around the same size.
