Stocking A 62l Tank

Hey everyone.

I'm going to get a filter for the 2ft tank I have just sitting around waiting to be filled...

Just wondering how many of the following fish I could add.
Also if anyone has any suggestions for stocking this tank would be appreciated.

I'm looking to stock with many smaller fish (Neons for example) who shoal...

Stocking ideas;

Neon Tetra's (obviously after the tank has been cycled for a few months)
Corydoras'
Male fighter (will test this and have a small tank as emergency if things don't go too well)
Kuhlii Loach's.

p.s:
I'm obviously not going to purchase the fish today as I intend to journey the world of a fish-less cycle as my fish-in cycle for my current tank was rather stressful!

Help would be appreciated!
