It would help to know your water parameters for the source water. GH (general or total hardness) especially, and pH. Most listed fish are softer water, the CPD being the exception, and this fish is best on its own in a large group so I would not recommend it here anyway. Assuming soft/moderately soft water, I will comment on some other things I see in your listing.
Emperor tetra...presumably Nematobrycon palmeri. Should be OK here, it is active and rather robust among tetras but you have no sedate fish intended, and this tetra will remain in the upper half of the water column with the rummynose in the lower half, so a nice positioning. There is also a so-called "Blue Emperor" which is Inpaichthys kerri, not closely related to Nematobrycon. A tad more active, but otherwise similar.
Increasing the pygmy cories is a good idea, and even more better yet. A dozen or more. Same for the rummynose, this is a tetra that almost needs a largish group, I would never recommend fewer than 12-15 and that will work here. [I am assuming the 33g long is 36 inches in length, I have one of these tanks in my fishroom.]
Panda cories should bee OK too, and a group of 9-10 as this species does like to "be together" more than many others. Like the pygmy, they need cooler rather than warmer temperatures, around 75F/24C being max. The tetras are fine with this too.
No mention is made of substrate, but sand is essential for the pygmy cories, and best for others too.
