Hi All,

I recently purchased a 3.5 Gallon tank, it has completed its fishless cycle and I am looking to stock the tank. The tank environment is made up of a piece of driftwood and three fresh water plants, a small hut and a few large shells to offer the inhabitants hiding places.

.Last week I added 3 Amano shrimp and a Betta...after about a day, I ended up pulling the betta out as he was being to aggressive. I don't want this tank to just have 3 amano's though and so I got thinking I would turn this tank into a exclusive shrimp tank. So I am looking to the forum for some advice on what other shrimp I can put into the tank and how many would be a safe number to avoid over crowding.

Thanks again!

Cherry and Ghost shrimp can coexist with the Amanos, but I'm not sure that the space would be enough. Any other opinions?

Thanks for the reply!

hmmm, I think i will return this 3.5 gallon tank and look at something around 5 or 10 gallons.
