I agree - too small for malawis. What are the tank's dimensions please?

im not sure ill go measure up i know its atleast 3 foot something
i fell in love with these small graying looking fish wit upturned mouths and blue shading on the ends of their scales and some yellow ones.

Are you absolutley sure i couldnt keep any in that ?? they are currently 2 inches long in the shop

how about getting a name for these fish and looking them up first?
the adult size should be a factor instead of :

i know that i should look them up but what would i put in fish with gray fins and scales with a blue tint? and i know the info on the tank says max size "5 and these guys are always right... i trust them
please dont regard me as a newbie becausit's not particulary warming to go into a new part of the forums and get slandered for not knowing about a certain species. it's the same as you coming into the Bettas forums saying "Help! My gouramies are attackign my betta" and me repplying well you stupid idiot you cant bloody have them in with bettas thats why!!!

try getting the name from the so called trust worthy lfs person.. THEN looking it up? i'm not sure but this just might work..

Ok... im going to that lfs in the morning i think.. or shall i go jumping on my bike hmm descisions, anyway im going there this week when i move so i will ask them what it is

If the yellow fish turn out to be yellow labs and depending on the dimentions of the tank 3 of them in there would be a big push. Althouh you could then add a BN or 2 or even a differerent plec.
