is there anythink else i could add or would there be to much in the tank
3 platys
5-6 corys
2 Cockatoo Apistos
and i might keep the 3 mollys i have but im not sure
i would like mady 1 or 2 bigger fish rather than a shoaling fish

you may want to think of removing fish rather than adding them,

2 Apistos on their own would be only just doable provided maintenance and filtration is very good,

sorry are you using the imperial measurement? 10 UK Gallons as in 45Litres?
generally in fish keeping people use the US measurement, of which 38L is 10 US Gallons

10USG is by far the absolute bare minimum suggested tank size for a pair of apistos without tankmates.
and tbh 7 litres doesn't really make a lot of difference but should enable you to have room for the platys or similar,

In such a small tank i can see the corys getting harassed by the apistos as there is little floor space for territories,
although one of the pygmy species (can't recall which one atm) is a middle swimmer so may be a possibility

i wouldnt have a pair in a 10 gallon personally but others may say it is ok
i have never kept them before but from what i have read and the size they get i wouldnt

A pair of Apistogramma would be fine in that size tank, although your Platies may come under fire if the Cichlids choose to breed.
Keep an eye on the Cories too as some Dwarf Cichlids harrass them. My Keyhole Cichlids took a dislike to my Cories when I first introduced them so I had to provide more cover such as bogwood and plants.

theres quite a bit of cover in there theres 2 bits of bogwood 3 coconut caves a bamboo cave/tube thing jave moss and about 12 plants

I wouldn't keep apistos with female bettas, just doesn't sit right I don't think... both semi-aggressive fish, IMO the fins would be flying. You could keep the female bettas in there on their own or with the corys.

i took a few plants out for another tank but im going to but some live plants and a few more fake plants when i go lfs tomorrow if i cant get the money

this might not be much help, but i temporarily adopted my gfs female betta because she broke her tank.. the kribs i have and the betta were pretty aggressive towards each other...like really fighting, not just little chases..i have the betta seperated now. i know it's different fish..but both dwarf cichlids..just thought i'd offer that.
