i lost most of my boesemani rainbows for some odd reason (i checked everything they just, died, two i know were old, but two others were rather young)

so im stuck with one and i am also trying to lower the stock from what it was originally since i will be going to college and wont be at home everyday to take care of the tank

the tank is planted so another question would be if a rubberlip/bulldog pleco would harm the plants

heres what i have

1 hatchet
2 angels
4 gold barbs
1 boesemani
4 praecox
1 stripped raphael cat
1 oto
5 glass cats

here are two options

i really would like to restock the boesemani but i dont want them to die, the other fish ahve gone through alot unscathed which is why i prefer bbumping their numbers up over the fish

What immediately jumps out at me is '1 oto', these definitely need to be in groups. I have 3 but the ideal is 6+. I'd add more of those for a start.

Hahahahahaa

I've tried it about six or seven different times to add more, they all die except for my one oto.I've tried qt many times, it doesn't matter how I acclimate or what i feed them they always die, I expected some to die since they are rather delicate and collected rather harshly but not all but one lol.

Which is why my question was about the pleco...

I was debating whether to add that description into the original post, glad someone caught it means people know whats up trust me I wouldn't get a fish if I didn't have the full knowledge that it would or would not need more of the same species

Tbh I thought the praecox were less hardy than the boesemani but it doesn't apply here.
