First of all, great tank!
I think the background detracts from the overall view of the aquascape. I'd go with a dark blue or black one if I were you.
The bright green plant in the middle is bound to grow larger/longer, so unless you're prepared to trim it frequently, you should move it to the background. Try planting that in the middle, and the cabomba (?) on the left more closely together.
Once you've done that, start thinking about the driftwood. Nice piece, and it looks good with all that moss, java fern, and anubias. However, it'd look much better if you placed it more prominently, and didn't hide it with all those foreground plants. I almost didn't even realise you had it there, and if I were you, I'd move it in front of all those background plants. I'll also remove the java fern because I feel the driftwood has too much going on at the same time.
Lastly, grouping all that c. wendtii (?) in the front to either side or to one general area, will make your aquascape look less symetrical, and more eye-catching. Also, is that vallis in front of the rotala in the right background, and what do you plan to do with it when it grows in a while?
Just my $1.02. Hope this helps...
