Thought i would show my Sterbai tank, below a little info.

Rio 180 tank
fluval 305 external filter
200w visi-therm heater
plain and simple, easier to remove eggs from the tank this way
group of 25 sterbai (albino and normal)

Lastly the pics

The tank, as mentioned very plain and simple, ive found it so much easier to remove eggs from varying parts of tank this way and the sterbai seem to like it this way anyways.

Now the fish, only the breeding group of sterbai in the tank.

Yes but at the moment i haven't got any (sold the last of the youngsters couple weeks ago lol), just added another breeding group that i managed to get hold of and they are all getting acquainted and settling in, hoping to have more eggs within the next couple of weeks and then a couple months to grow them out :)

is that how long it takes for babies to be old enough to sell?

i'd be willing to wait as the tank has to settle when the occupants are added anyway

how much do you normally charge?

They are usually 1 inch+ at 2 to 3 months which makes them alot hardier when posting and hardier adding them to a new environment, if the buyer is willing to take responsibilty for them and grow them on a little bit and make sure they dont get sucked into any filters then im willing to sell younger.

The price is is usually for 1 inch fish £2.50 each or 5 for £10 and obviously the more you have the cheaper it becomes ;)

oooh youre not far from me either, so i could collect too.

tbh, i dont know how poerful this filter is to little fish yet as i dont have fish in there yet. so age will depend at the time.

let me know when you have babies :D
