Do i put the drops directly in the tank in the outflow of the water coming out of the filter? (so it disperses around the tank) or do i do a water change and put the drops in the bucket of water beore putting into the tank?

When I put Sterazin in my tank I always put some of the tank water into a little bowl and add the Sterazin to that, then just pour it in the tank. Don't rely on the dropper, use a little measuring cup as the drops are massive sometimes.

I wouldn't add to the bucket cos then your clean water bucket will be contaminated.

I put some tank water in a jug, then add med, stir well, then add all over the tank.

Ok thanx guys. Ive already put some directly into the flow from the filter but next time i shall do as you say. It makes more sense
