I have a question about starting a mbuna tank.
I've read so far that it's best to overstock slightly to lessen the aggression towards any one particular fish but i've also read that when starting a tank you should introduce at most 3-4 fish at one time. So how exactly do i do that seeing as if i add 3 fish to begin with they'll set up their territories and what not during that 2 weeks or so that i wait to add my next clumpet of fish?
Also if that's how you're meant to do it, and just rearrange the rocks every time, then do i start adding the smallest, least aggressive fish first and then the most aggressive ones?
Also am i supposed to consider how much they'll grow when overstocking? Seeing as i don't forsee buying another tank any time in the near future?
And i haven't even thought about exactly how many of each species yet... i'll be posting that up later i think
