Started My Cycle.....

Ok, I added my ammonia almost 10 weeks ago and nothing has happened. I dont have an airstone, will I benefit from one?
Also the filter doesnt make much if any surface movement?
Should i try get pics of it? Its a tetra aqua art if that means anythin to anyone!?

What ammonia are you using?

"MAX AMMONIA" or something, household ammonia, 9.5%

What ingrediants does it have? Does it foam when shaken? If so, how long does it take for the foam to disperse? What does it smell like? Be careful when smelling ammonia. It can liternaly burn your nose. Open the bottle and alow a few moments for it the smell to dispers into the room. Once you get a waff, close the bottle and ventilate the area.

Its just water and ammonia. Yeah i made that mistake when smeeling it, almost knocked myself out! im thinking about getting another pump cause i feel thats the problem, its a pretty #### setup TBH
