Stages Of Development

Does anyone know themselves or can recommend any sites that reads about the developmental stages of guppies? I want to know how fast they grow. I do know they can start reproducing pretty early and to feed them 4-8 times a day. Other than that I don't know much about caring for my fry. Since I have 4 other, and I think possibly a 5th, pregnant females, I'm not concerned about each and every fry making it to adulthood. But the ones that don't get eaten I want to make sure to give them the best care possible. Thx for your help.

After about a month the males will start to show color. But there really is no other development. For livebearer babies all they do is get bigger and color up.
