I've lived by the Saint-Lawrence River (Fleuve St-Laurent), Québec, by a town called Rimouski for over 20 years and it's the first time I've seen these shrimps. Their camouflage is incredibly good which is a good explanation to why I had never seen them before. They are obviously living in saltwater and I'm pretty sure they are only here for a short time to breed and then they go back at sea  which is another likely explanation to why I had not seen them before.

Would be nice if someone could help me identify them and can they be kept in a fishtank if I ever come across them again someday? (Not gonna happen this time lol, I did not keep them + I have only one fishtank and it's cycling)
