One of the larger shrimp species may work. I emphasise may, because cichlids are funny things and you can never be sure. I bought a shrimp from pets at home, which ate the cherry shrimp I had and several of the amano shrimp too. It also ate another macro shrimp which I thought was the same species. For a while I had it on it's own in a tank in my garage but when the weather got cold I put it in my 240 with my cichlids. I knew it was a huge risk and I suspected I was sending it to it's death, but not only is it still there, it's actually grown. None of the fish pay it any attention whatsoever. However, if I ever come downstairs and discover it's been snaffled, I'll not be surprised, at all. My point is that you can never be totally sure.
