Sproats.

Does anybody feed there fish sproats, as I have never feed mine sproats, but wondered if you can, thanks.

Yes I suspect he means brussells sprouts.

If lightly cooked (and cooled), many many fish enjoy sprouts. Cichlids in particular seem to go nuts for them.

As they contain a lot of iron, the fishwaste that's produced is good for the plants too.
