Spotted Congo Frog

Are the congo spotted frogs the african dwarf frog or something different?

I am considering getting 2 or 3 of these but i need to know if they are the african dwarf frogs before i purchase them!!

I've had a quick google search on "Spotted Congo Frog", but cannot find any information. Make sure it doesn't have any claws, and also they are rare to find when albino, my brother thought he was buying some but was actually buying toads that would grow to the size of an adults palm, and eat all of his fish. Just beware of what you are purchasing, and I personally recommend you go somewhere else as if they are misnaming their fish, they don't have a clue what they are selling.
