I've had my betta fish for about 3 weeks now! His name is Finnegan 
I've noticed dark spots on his pectoral fins, I don't remember if he had them when I bought him or not.
Is it a fungus? or disease? or is it normal?
I dont think his behavior is out of the ordinary. He gets aggressive when I come near the tank, and he's a quite fussy about his food, but what what I've read about bettas, thats normal.

He's in a 2 gallon tank,
I do a 50% water change every 4 or 5 days, and add a water conditioner.
I feed him pellets and freeze dried bloodworms when he wont eat the pellets.
He has a plastic rock and plant to amuse himself.
