Spores?

I was just puttin one of my plastic plants back in my 5 gallon tank, after cleaning off a bunch of snail eggs and i noticed on some of the gravel and on the glass that theres some kind of spore like things. Theres a thin steam attached to the glass and on the other end are a bunch of tneticle like things. (sorry tried my best to describe it). Is it something to be worried about or am i just over reacting over nothing?
