Splitting A 30L Tank?

ok as title suggests is it ok to split a 30L tank for two bettas ?

Will a betta be ok in a bowl( not a biorb a glass bowl from the range should i put netting across the top to prevent escape

nah change of mind i dont want a bowl any more my mums friend is selling her 2ft tank which ill split to two tanks 50 L thats good filter and heater included gravel etc for £30

I wish I could get good deals over here. No one in my area seems to like fishkeeping but this one kid and all he has is an 12 gallon tank and hood. No filter or heater. Sigh. May still buy it off him though. He's also got some powerheads I could buy.

Im spliting the 2ft tank so 25l each
And my 30L is going to be as close looking to neon tetra habitat after some insperation from another thread ( it will also contain one betta lol )

Oh hes still there ill move him in the 2ft one once ive split it poor little thing hes not got dropsey but he looks like hes over eaten u know when they bulg from under neath ive fed him peas but he wont slim

No raised scales nothing but ill try and fix him
