Spawn Update

after the 47ish eggs were laid only 10 hatched and all 10 are still alive and going really fast, just looked at the betta growth rate chart on google and they are the size of 2 weeks old when infact they are just only about 6 days old, i think, been doing so much lately ive lost track of time but i know they are not 2 weeks old.

8 are white in colour so prob will turn out to be violet like father, 1 is orange and the other is a darker orange pressuming that it gunna be red of some sort. i know their true colours wont come out yet but thought id keep you updated since some people asked me to.

heres the best pic i could get, most of them are hiding behind the sponge filter and wise to me looking in the tank but found these 2 hiding out on the surface, if you look about 1" from the right of the white one you can just see the orangy oneShot with KODAK Z650 ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA at 2007-08-14

what colour do your reckon they will be as this is my first spawn so had no experience whats so ever with the colours and when they start to show on the body, i know the finnage starts to colour at about 8 weeks old

thanx, im slowly giving up on taking pics with this camera as the flash has a mind of its own dont care what colours they turn out as really (but would be nice to know ) just chuffed to bits that they are still alive and i aint killed them due to over/under feeding and crazy water changes.
