Hi all, im sorry for upsetting most of you that was not my aim,
the complaints iv had, have been e-mailed to head office and been given to management in the stores (Warrington & Wigan) but they just fob you off, by saying we will look into it or by saying sorry we are not fully staffed.
In the end it was just a question if the recipient (head office) did read some of
The post on the forums it may help them to see how many are not happy.

Not to worry, mate, I see your point, it is very difficult when they just keep fobbing you off. The problem is, those in charge- who are clearly the uncaring ones- are not going to be reading this forum; and the employees that do work to change things, and who come on the forum, are usually struggling to make themselves heard withing the organisation anyway. A forum like this also has to be extra careful about naming and shaming, in case it gets the site owner sued.
But keep nagging at management, even if it seems like beating your head against a brickwall. And if you have fishkeeping friends, get them to do the same. Just be very objective, list facts, dates, photos from your phone if you can- and suggestions about what they should be doing.
