Sorority! *edit: Pics!*

Upon the death of my newest betta male, an orange dalmation, I decided I wanted a sorority tank. I still have my first ever male, Tyson, but I doubt he'd breed with the girls. I picked up a pretty little PK lady from my LFS(I have never appreciated females before, as most of them don't look very nice at all at the LFS). Now after watching her for a few days and seeing her twisting and turning and posing in the tank, I found it quite amusing to watch. So, I saw someone selling breeding pairs and asked about the females. I now have four gorgeous ladies who were delivered this morning to add to the one female that had the full place to herself, hehe. They're all getting along fine, and I'll post pics as soon as I get ones that show their fins properly - one keeps swimming away as I try to take a picture.

Amerce, I *think* I've seen you're name on this forum, so if its the same one - you'll see the girls are settling in brilliantly.

i love my girls. they are the best.

my male peaceful is so handsome and i am glad he doesn't have those long long long long long whippy fins. he's just very metrosexual. bachelor.

but my girls, they are so glam!

i love female bettas more than the male bettas. there is just something about them!

Yeah, like I said - I never appreciated the females as the LFS's always had shredded fins and weren't very pretty looking and I never really stopped to watch them.
