Sore Eyes

I have a problem with my Black Angel ‘Bubbles’ Both his Eyes were swollen and not able to see after treating the tank with some conditioner they seemed to clear at the time but one is swollen again please help

PS the water is clear now but Bubbles is not coming over for feed at all now
What can I do For ‘Bubbles’
