Because, i was starting to see algae returning. Have been clear for a while now. Oh no whats the cause.

Have ferts, have flow whats changed.

The days are longer so more light, duh,

Have turned the lighting timer down and i'm hoping thats it.



Anybody else have to do it?

No, but maybe you're getting more light directly into your tank?

Definitely the window side of the tank is where it is.

Just didn't figure a North facing window, well patio doors a good 10 feet from the tank would make a difference.

I'm still wondering where the algae are at.
My tank is quite near a window (although below its level) and I have yet to see any algae on that wall or anywhere in the tank for that matter.
Sometimes I wonder if my plant's eating all the nutrients.
