hi

something is serious wrong with my goldfish there are red marks on them
what are they, how to make them get better...?

blood spots caused by poor water quality.
check your ammonia and nitrite levels and make sure the Ph is about 7.0.
If the water isn't perfect then do some 50-75% water changes using dechlorinated water. Make sure you gravel clean the tank as well. If the fish haven't cleared up in a few days then go to the petshop and get some broad spectrum antibiotics and treat the fish for a week.

When you clean filter sponges wash them in a bucket of tank water.

What are your water parameters? That can be cause by ammonia poisoning. The poisoning can make your fish very ill and it’s probably a bacterial infection.

I would carry out some large water changes, add some salt if you don’t have fish that are salt sensitive and get an antibiotic.

more pic

just change 50% water
the tank just been running about 1 month, so its not fully cycle the water is bit cloudy

tank = 48 gallons
filter =Eheim 2217

only 2 lionhead in the tank

Anchor Worm??

yep that's a good pic of anchor worm.

Salt will kill that if you only have goldfish in the tank. A couple of tablespoons of rock salt/ swimming pool salt or sea salt per 20 litres of water. after a couple of weeks start doing small 10% water changes each day to diltue the salt and bring the tank back to fresh.

You can also pull the anchor worms out with a pair of tweezers or pliars. Get the fish in a net and grab the anchor worm firmly, then pull it out. Then monitor the fish for secondary bacterial or fungal infections.

The cloudy water is probably too much food decomposing in the tank. It is a common sign in tanks when the filter is not working properly, (insufficient filter bacteria to break down all the fish food and waste). Cut the feeding back and do water changes.
