Something Is Wrong With My Turquoise Guppy! Help!

Please help me! I don't know if my Turquoise Guppy is pregnant or sick! It has a big belly and hasn't been eating at all! It's starting to for these wierd red spots. Please help me! Please answer as soon as possible!

Any chance of a picture? This way we can help resolve it with A bit more detail. First things first. Water change. always if you see strange behaviour make a water change. Better too be safe than sorry.
