Something is wrong with my oto!!!!

Something is wrong with my Oto, he is pooping long white strings and i think he has sunken eye and he is staying in one place and breathing hard. Can anyone tell me whats wrong and how to treat my oto?

I believe white stringy poo is a sign of internal parasites. Check out the pinned topics in this forum and see if they can help you out more. If that is indeed a sign of internal parasites, you will need to get an anti-parasite medicine for him.

How long has your tank been set up? What size is it and what other fish are in there?
