There's a almost perfectly clear disk shaped something on my clown fish's mouth. He doesnt seem to know that it's there. What is this, and how to I help him get rid of it?

Edit: He also keeps eating/messing with the bubbles around the water level of my tank, he's never done this before.

Is it on the top or the bottom of his mouth area?
Does it look jelly like?
Does it seem fluffy at all?
Can his mouth easily open and close?
Are you sure it's not just a bubble, since you say he is playing with the bubbles?

Need more info on size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nnitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Can you load a pic up of the fish with the clear disc shaped thing on the fish.
Does it look like a parasite, or a bubble don't quite know what you mean/
