In my 30 gal tank I have a 3-spot gourami, an "unknown" gourami (was sold as a honey, but now think it's a thick-lipped), 6 lemon tetras and 3 panda cories.
I had thought about adding a trio of apistos, but no one around here carries them, and online they are just way too much with shipping. So, any other suggestions of a different kind of fish i could put in there? I am kind of leaning towards a bottom-dweller, since I have the top and middle levels taken care of. The only thing I know I don't want is a pleco of some sort. They are cute, but SO messy! Other than that I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks!

Oto's are nice. Also, take a look at rubber lip plecos. They dont' get crazy big (3 to 4 in max), and they look like they are smiling all the time.

Are the rubberlips as crazy-messy as most plecs are? What about some kind of eel... are there any small enough for this tank?
As for the cories, I've been keeping my eyes open, but for some reason the lfs around here haven't had any in a long time. I may just end up adding 2-3 of some other kind though.
