Some Plant Help Please

i have just got rid of my tall plant and the tank looks soo weird, i was thinking of camboa but when i did have it it got coverd in black aglae and looked hideous so threw it away. why did it get the black algae come and how would i get rid of it also..
is there any other bushy mid-tall plant for a tank height of 30-35.
um the tank has lots of light and sunlight from the window if its sunny (its not on the windowsil but for a few hours during the day the sun hits it)

What lighting do you have in the hood?

If you want Camboba again, try adding a couple of Java Moss balls, they tend to attract any algae and keep it away from other plants.

it says 15 on the light bulb so i asume its 15 watts

take alook at the algae guide in my sig, it gives you all the info you need. Cabomba will be fine aslong as it doesn get any algae on agin.
