the skimmer is an deltec ap600. the tank is 60" x 15" x 18" deep. I currently have a refugium on order. this will be a mirical mud type with 24 hour illumination.

I think most people that have reef tanks prefer not to think of the money spent. If they did they just might jump off a bridge.

After all that is why we call this a hobbie. Its a blast throwing are money into tanks.LOL

just an update.

akhtar- I don't havea nemo. I will try and get a whole tank view tomorrow but it is hard with it being in a small room.

all together, the system must be well over £1000 and probably about £2500 if I had bought it all new but a lot of the equipment I got 2nd hand of various people. thats just the system, I have about 30 kg+ of live rock and loads of sps corals etc.

heres a pic so you can see where abouts the refugium is compared to themain tank. you can just about see it at the bottom of the photo.
