Lovely clear bright pics, and the fish look very healthy, well done.

Thanks.
Wilder - Thanks for helping me out a while ago, the fish have been perfect since. I think my filtration might not have been upto it resulting in a few problems. More filtration both mechanical and biological and more water movement seems to have improved the tank no end.

Good, they look very healthy should be proud.

OOOOohhhhhhhh, Looks like someone got a new camera! From the picture quality I take it that it is an SLR. New tank and a new camera, you either got a very large raise in work or you have come into some money. Either way I'm jealous! Great looking pictures and the fish look in top health too. I especially like the picture of the hongi

The focus speed must be hugely fast if it can pick up the scales when the fish is turning.

Keep the pics coming in! How is the tang and shell dweller tank coming along? Just out of curiosity how many tanks have you got now?

Tanks I`ve bought a Canon EOS 400D standard lense and on board flash. Tang tanks going to make way for the Peacocks.
The Multis have multiplied to around 40+.
I`ve got a fry tank and a Q/fry/Hospital tank .5 ish tanks.

Canon EOS 400D standard lens and on board flash.

5 ish tanks.

Very nice! That must have cost you a fair amount but at the end of the day it is worth it when you get shots like you have posted above.

Also I like the "ish" after the number of your tanks. Sounds like your not too sure!

Yes glad I bought it , was slightly concerned at the outlay but like you say it`s worth it.
The "ish" means do you count empty tanks ? I have more if you count empty !

You can never have enough spare tanks, just in case you make an impulse buy (see nick sw's peacocks for details). :shifty:

At the end of the day the biggest problem is trying to find space. Ever flat surface in my place has something fish related hanging off it. You know you have a problem with space when you keep your filter floss in your sock basket! :good:
