Got a 5ft Juwel Rio 400L. Is just cycled and I'm ready to get my Mbuna.
Please comment on my suggested stocklist. Going for 6 species of 8 juveniles.

1.> Pdesudotrophues Scolofi - Albino. x8.
2.> Labidochromis Caeruleus - Electric Yellow x8.
3.> Labidochromis Super Red Top Hongi x8.
4.> Pseudotropheus elongatus Mpunga x8
5.> Blue socalofi x8
6.> Pseudotropheus Ndumbi Super Red Top x8.

Possibly replace one of the above with Pseudotropheus demasoni x10.

I'm no expert but from my experience, it will be fine for juveniles but as adults, I'm afraid you will run into trouble. Overstocking can alleviate aggression and can work but it also can be tricky. Expect loses and make sure filtration is more than adequate.

Thanks for the response - As I understand for the tank dimensions, 40-50 Dwarf Mbuna is acceptable, and even advisable? I've got an FX6 external filter and the Juwel internal so turn over is more than adequate. I know that water changes will need to be sizeable and often.

I was more interested in knowing if the mix of the species would work? Not sure I want to go with the Demasoni?

Not a whole lot of African keepers here.

Where else are you getting your info? I need some help with stocking and compatibility, myself.

Heres a great site for stocking info, filtration etc:
