well they arent the greatest, but silver inspired me to go out and take some pics right now lol i was bored anyways..this is little forest area down the street from me, its very tranquil but quite a buggy place too.

this picture^would be perfect if it didnt come out so blurry!

and because its illegal to pick these lady slippers (they say they are rare but theres quite a few around here) I took a picture

thanks! I do enjoy where I live alot, the land is beautiful, its not too much country, but its perfect. I was trying to get pictures of the horse farm near the trails..but the horsies werent out

Wuv- Im pretty sure lady slippers arent carnivorous..since i used to pick them when i was little (bad thing to do, after my mom yelling at me saying its illegal, which it is) but i think i will look it up now because im curious to see if they are.

Edit: nope they are not carnivoroud..but part of the orchid family. I guess they are also a main food for deer..probably why we have so many deer around here lol
