There is nothing wrong with living in a council house, my mother did, she turned out fine, don't be so stereotypical.

everything is sterotypical, and that is meant to be some form of definition

if you notice the word AND. I suppose your mother wasn't violent?
She is a very nice woman in her 40s thankyou.

Ah it's a sad world, but after another episode of "kill the fish" and a couple more losses, we actually gave the pond over to nature and brought the poor Koi back in doors.....well, I say "Koi" - what I actually mean are the two surviving goldfish and two shubunkins that managed to live through the ordel by water.

I have them in a big tank behind me in the office. All the Koi were killed in either the oil attack, or death by cheap lager or something - we're not sure, but there was a can floating in the pond along with the rest of the Koi :-(

The Bish Brothers (my little son's two goldfish) thankfully appeared fine, and the two Shubs that had to be rescued from my coldies tank a while back as they were being bullied are the only survivors of the pond. I can't believe all my Koi are gone.

I am planning a really big pond now, I am going to fill it with chavs and I invite you all to come chuck whatever you like in to it. Who has pirranah?

Oh and Samantha, thank you for the compliment on my little one :) he's such a precious child  I love what you did for your children, a family is the greatest gift.

Unfortunately, it would not prevent a liquid from going in.....

The frogs have moved in now and seem to be doing fine, we have a nice frog population that my three year old finds infinately more fascinating than the fish anyway. shame we don't get to enjoy it, but at least Dylan is happy.

Once you have frogs, you'll always have frogs! My dads next door got rid of their pond about 3 years ago, and you can find frogs in every corner of the garden. How they survived? I don't know, but me and my sister enjoy finding them.
