Software to recolourize a Black & White

As title really, any of you photography boffins know of any software that can add the colour back to a black and white picture?

You can with Photoshop, but you need considerable skill to colourize b&w

Its not to hard, but its time consuming!

this took me 20mins and its pretty crap!

im gonna carry on with it tho cause its kinda fun

If you have the colour original, it can be done, if not, at best you'll be able to get an estimate. If you look at DA's picture for example, without further info, is the building painted white or yellow? If you don't know, nor will your software.
